Home Stay - Documents and Fees

Travel Documents

Important information regarding travel documents and permits / visas required for your stay in Ottawa can be obtained by visiting the following websites:

• Citizenship and Immigration Canada
• Temporary Resident Visa
• Studying in Canada

Note that it is up to each participant to ensure that all documentation is correctly processed.

Insurance

It is the responsibility of each student to purchase insurance medical / health insurance before taking part in the course.

Fees

Intensive:

16 weeks, 400 hours, offered 3 x per year

Regular:

4 weeks, 100 hours, offered 6 x per year

• If a participant must cancel more than one month prior the course, you will receive a full refund, minus $100 administration fee.
• If less than 4 weeks and more than one, participant receives 75% of paid fee, minus $100 administration fee.
• If less than one week, participant receives a refund minus the equivalent of one week’s program/course fee, and minus the $100 administrative fee.
